General information

This is a web store for Steve 'n' Seagulls merchandise and other products. We sell products to adult private persons in Finland and selected countries inside and outside EU. Product prices include VAT if you are ordering to Finland. We reserve rights to change product prices and postal costs.

Placing an order

Products are ordered via Internet from Steve 'n' Seagulls Store (www.stevenseagulls.mycashflow.fi) shopping cart. All orders are confirmed with an e-mail notification that includes among other things total price of the order, postal costs and ordered products. In order place an order and receive an e-mail confirmation, a working e-mail address is necessary. When placing an order the customer accepts the terms of delivery. Make sure you provide your full and exact address information when ordering (see Problems in delivery and faulty products below).

Methods of payment

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of Steve 'n' Seagulls Store:

– Finnish online banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken
– Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard

Online payments are made by using the website of Checkout Oy or PayPal.

Payments by credit card

If you would like to pay by credit card, Steve´n´Seagulls Store will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by PayPal.

With regard to payments made by credit card, PayPal acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and PayPal . The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. PayPal is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banks

Checkout Oy provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

Checkout Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.

Delivery

Shipping time to Finland is two to seven (2-7) working days. Shipping time to outside Finland is about three to eight (3-8) working days. (DHL standards). Shipping time counts after the order has been processed.

Delivery method & postal costs

Postal costs include packing and shipping. We deliver orders as letters or packages. We use DHL as a shipping company.

Steve 'n' Seagulls Store is not responsible for possible costs of importing, for instance customs duties.

Returns policy
In short it goes like this. Domestic orders can be returned and refunded in full withing 14 days of receiving the goods. International returns are not accepted, unless the customer pays for the shipping, back and forth.

When returning an order from outside Finland, Steve 'n' Seagulls Store is responsible for the postal costs only in case of a faulty product or delivery.
When the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded to customers credit card- or PayPal account or an exchange product is shipped.

Problems in delivery and faulty products

The customer is responsible for providing the Steve 'n' Seagulls Store with full and exact address details. An incomplete or faulty address may delay the shipment for several weeks as shipments with an incomplete or invalid address may be returned to the sender (Steve 'n' Seagulls Store). If the customer notices a mistake in the given address details, please do inform the Steve 'n' Seagulls Store immediately (seagullsstore@gmail.com) so we may be able to correct the address details in time before shipping.

If a product has been damaged or lost during shipping or a wrong product has been delivered, customer must inform Steve 'n' Seagulls Store immediately at:

Notification on a faulty delivery or product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package has been broken in delivery, the local postal office must be informed immediately.

Other

We reserve rights to update our terms of delivery. The customer is responsible for reading the terms of delivery before placing an order.
